Farm Dinner fundraiser Series
Grown and prepared by us - for you - in celebration of food, community, and hospitality.
Each dinner will showcase a different organization that our farmers are involved in and passionate about. We look forward to the opportunity to talk with you all about our interests that reach beyond, but are connected to, growing food.

Saturday, July 18th

Menu:
Focaccia, Caponata, Bruschetta, Pesto
Snap Pea and Burrata Salad
Pork Shoulder, Polenta, Grilled Seasonal Vegetables
Cherry Tart, Lemon-Thyme Cream

This first dinner will be a shameless kick-off to the series raising money for our own backfield expansion. In addition to the one acre that we are currently producing vegetables on, we have 5 additional acres in our “backfield". It is such a privilege to be responsible for land so close to Lake Michigan, yet stewardship that aligns with our environmental ethics requires human labor and the appropriate tools that are the least disruptive to the land and its inhabitant. We plan to use these acres to expand our food production and land stewardship efforts, while creating meaningful and dignified jobs for local folks. Funds will be allocated towards tree saplings, fencing, irrigati0n, and hopefully one day, a golf cart.

Tickets are priced on a sliding scale in increments of $75, $100, $125, or $150. Please choose one of the options below after considering your income and how much you’d like to contribute. Your donation includes: (2) drink tickets and (1) 4-course dinner.
*We can accommodate vegetarian preferences, but no other preferences or sensitivities at the moment. Most courses will be served family-style, so mixing and matching ingredients will be possible for some dishes.
